Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

2. Account Registration and Security

Registration Process

To create a 7ce77 account, you must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number, choose a secure password, and confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 1. Registration is free of charge. Following registration, you may be required to complete KYC verification before your account can be used for real-money deposits or withdrawals. KYC documentation may include a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence together with proof of your Bangladesh mobile number. 7ce77 aims to process KYC submissions within 24 hours of receipt during standard operating hours.

Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your 7ce77 login credentials. Account Responsibility

All bets, transactions, and communications made through your 7ce77 account are deemed to have been made by you personally. 7ce77 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. If your account is compromised, 7ce77 may temporarily freeze the account pending investigation to protect your funds. We will communicate with you through your registered mobile number during any such investigation.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

Deposits

All deposits to your 7ce77 account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 7ce77 accepts deposits via the following methods, all processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

• bKash (personal wallet only — not merchant or business accounts)
• Nagad (personal wallet only)
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking — personal account only)
• Bank transfer via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, or Sonali Bank (account must be in the player's own name)

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. Before a withdrawal can be processed, your KYC verification must be complete and approved. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals requested before any applicable bonus wagering requirement has been met will be declined and the bonus may be forfeited. 7ce77 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to payment provider processing times. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name that match your KYC-verified identity.
• 7ce77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request above ৳50,000.
• Withdrawal processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays including Eid and Victory Day, or when additional security checks are required.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

7ce77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including a welcome bonus on first deposit, reload bonuses, seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the conditions set out in this section and in the specific terms communicated at the time each bonus is offered.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your 7ce77 account are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in the individual bonus offer terms at the time the bonus is issued. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. If the validity period expires before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically. Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your 7ce77 wallet and will be applied to bets after your real-money balance reaches zero, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.

Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements (such as alternating bets on both outcomes of a two-outcome market); coordinating with other players to exploit promotions; and misrepresenting your identity or payment details to claim a bonus. Where bonus abuse is identified, 7ce77 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses, cancel any pending withdrawals derived from bonus funds, and permanently close the offending account without notice.

5. Gameplay, Fairness, and Prohibited Conduct

All games available on the 7ce77 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained human dealers under real-time supervision. RTP (Return to Player) rates for each game are provided by the respective game provider and are independently audited. 7ce77 does not modify or interfere with any game's outcome. All game results are final once confirmed by the relevant game system.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7ce77 platform and will result in account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds where identified:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the platform in any way, including to place bets, collect data, or exploit any game or promotion.
• Exploiting any software error, glitch, or technical fault on the platform to gain an undue financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or sporting event available for betting on the platform.
• Using the 7ce77 platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction that is illegal under the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. Account Suspension and Termination

7ce77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice if any of the following circumstances are identified:

• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age or has provided false personal information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion with other players is detected on the account.
• Multiple accounts have been detected under the same identity, device, IP address, or payment method.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or account closure through the responsible gaming tools or by contacting support.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach of Terms is involved, any verified real-money balance will be refunded to the player's registered payment method after identity confirmation. Bonus balances are never refunded upon account closure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7ce77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, platform downtime, or errors in game results caused by technical faults beyond 7ce77's reasonable control. In the event of a verifiable technical error that incorrectly calculates or displays a game result or a player's balance, 7ce77 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the relevant account balances. 7ce77 will always endeavour to communicate any such correction to affected players promptly.

7ce77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game information displayed, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers may occasionally affect platform availability. 7ce77 will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance through the platform's notification system.

9. Amendments to These Terms

7ce77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified through the platform's in-app notification system or via the mobile number associated with their account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the 7ce77 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
